Aircraft Marshalling Training

Course Description:
This training course provides essential knowledge and practical guidance on the safe and effective marshalling of aircraft during ground movement operations. Focused on visual communication and procedural consistency, the course equips personnel with the skills necessary to guide aircraft safely in and out of parking areas, hangars, and maintenance zones using internationally recognized hand signals.

Emphasis is placed on situational awareness, coordination with flight crews and ground teams, and adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents, equipment damage, or personnel injury during ramp operations.

  • Role and responsibilities of the marshaller

  • ICAO standard marshalling hand signals

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety zones
